We provided detailed drawings of the existing corroded structure, procured all materials required, prefabricated the new structure in our workshop and replaced the existing structure with the newly fabricated structure during October 2021 GPP shutdown.
We procured Draeger Gas & Flame Detectors, MSA Gas Detectors, Admin Building Control Panel, Deluge and Butterfly Valves, Smoke & Heat Detectors, Explosion Proof Beacons, Intelligent Duct Smoke Detectors, Explosion Proof Electric Horn etc., installed, commissioned and integrated into the existing GPP Safety Alarm & fire fighting system. This was executed between November 2022 and February 2023.
Procurement of IMPP® 25 random packing in 304 and Gas Injection Supports from Kosch Glitsch in Italy, replacement of the damaged rings during the 2023 GPP shutdown window, mobilization of API 510 & 580 inspector to thoroughly assess the state of the vessel and provide a comprehensive report, reinstatement of the vessel for start-up
We procured piping materials including valves and bolts & nuts, prefabricated new piping sections in the workshop and replaced all corroded portions of the sprinkler system on the 6 tanks during the 2023 shutdown window. The remaining sections of the sprinkler system were blasted and painted with Cold Galvanization products approved by client.
We procured New Product Cooler c/w associated piping systems & valves. Built the foundation, installed at GPP and tied in to the existing cooler piping system, performed electrical and signals integration into the Yokogawa control system to serve as standby in the event the existing one has issues to prevent production loss time.
